I was trying to find these cards in Poland but didn't find any. I just need a TC for 1 month. But I do not have an ability to pay in USD or EUR, but only in PLN. Is there any ability to find TC in shops in Poland? (I live in Poznan) Or maybe you know where I can look for this information?

Why don't you simply use a credit card?
As for EVE Time Cards, I personally haven't seen any of these here in Poland.

as far as i know we got PayByCash in Poland... ask for details in PKO Bank.

btw if u got some kind of ID u can always open an account and have your credit card. It's much cheaper than buying Time Card.
