This is an excellent opportunity for everyone to win-win-win:
Renters enjoy truly great access at cheap prices (All systems of 2 regions starting at 3b/month depending on amount of chars in corp), having the same access to systems as our own members.
TEST gets income.
You get a referral.
Your job as a referrer is to find potential renters, explain our space and answer their questions (in foreign languages even). All I'd have to do at the end is to confirm prices and push buttons to accept.
Please note that only a NOFKS Executor can finalize and confirm your rent (=me). Renters - do not send money until you've talked to me or a TEST Diplomat (listed on alliance description and here). Anyone claiming otherwise might be potentially scamming you.
